There are a host of housing options within a short drive/bus ride of the workshop. The closest and best-reviewed would be the Best Western Como Park (15 minute walk)

Flying
Flying into the MSP International Airport is an easy way to get to the workshop as it is a major hub for numerous airlines. Upon arriving at either Terminal 1 (Lindbergh) or Terminal 2 (Humphrey), follow the signs to ground transport for the Light Rail System. There's an LRT station at both airport terminals. The Metro BLUE line can take you NORTH to downtown Minneapolis (towards the workshop) or south to the Mall of America if you're so inclined.

For those folks not taking a car to the workshop, the venue is easily accessible via metro transit. The A line bus runs right past the campus down Snelling avenue, and is just a couple stops away from the Green Line Light Rail system.

The workshop is nestled in between the downtowns of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. Snelling Avenue is the main street that runs off of I-94, and the workshop is directly on that road. There is a free parking lot (Lot B) just East of the Drew Fine Arts Center that we may use during the workshop.
